It does not cover accidental damage, liquid, drops, cracked screens, or viruses. Most repairs start at $99 plus parts; a $50 bench fee applies if a no-parts fix is not possible, and final pricing depends on the device and the work involved. Retail sales are in store only; we do not ship store orders.
